DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancelations are possible if your order has not yet shipped.

If your order has shipped, please contact us at Fadedfabricsmidwest.com to arrange a return and refund. 

WHY DOES SOME OF MY ITEMS HAVE AMAZON PACKAGING?

We third party sell on amazon. So some of our products will come in amazon packaging.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final unless product is delivered damaged or wrong size.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

If damaged or received wrong order

I USED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you used an incorrect delivery address on your order, then please contact us ASAP. If your order has not shipped, then we can update your delivery address. However, if the order has shipped, then unfortunately we are unable to reroute it.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING EMAIL?

Our email may have ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder, so please check there. If you still cannot find it, let us know at Fadedfabricsmidwest.com.

I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

You should receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If you do not receive this email or it's lacking tracking information, please contact us at Fadedfabricsmidwest.com.

WHY WAS I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ON THE SITE?

Our store is located in the U.S. so all orders are processed in U.S. dollars. The prices on the site may be shown in your local currency when browsing, but they will revert to USD when you check out. Any additional charges you may see on your bank or credit card statement were applied by them due to currency exchange fees. We do not charge any additional fees.

Please note, you are liable for all import or customs duties, or VAT or other local taxes and are not Faded Fabric's responsibility.
